These plain-English terms describe what you can expect from Life Cards, and what we ask in return.
Your subscription
Your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Unused card credits roll over. You can cancel or change plans at any time from your account settings.
Card sending
We do our best to deliver every card on time worldwide, but postal networks are occasionally beyond our control. We'll always let you know if something goes wrong and do right by you.
Content you provide
You're responsible for the messages, names and addresses you add. We reserve the right to decline content that's unlawful or clearly harmful.
